I bought this 2 years ago to pull a boat to Eleven Mile Reservoir (6 times) as well as a self contained camper for working on a no utilities cabin property (2 times). I have not used it this year.
Now my circ*mstances have changed and I no longer need a RV since I'm moving away from Colorado.
I freely admit that I spent way too much for this RV ($18K) simply because I wanted the new 454 long block from Jasper Engines.
Unfortunately, the transmission had to be rebuilt which cost me $5875.
I had Cummins problem shoot the generator at $1532 and found that RV generators need to be run at least monthly to keep the gas fresh otherwise things gum up and typically require a new carburetor as happened in this case. Now I start the generator the 1st of every month to insure the generator gas feed is fresh.
I didn't like how the brakes felt and had to have both rears changed at $2130 due to using a truck repair facility as nothing local would do it.

Problems:
The hot water tank system needs replaced due to improper winterization resulting in a cracked tank ($400-$450)
I never used the roof AC but it needs charged or replaced (a new unit costs $800-$900)
This RV has been stored outside for most of the 118K miles so the decals and such have faded.

Sleeping Accommodations:
Cabover Bunk 54"x76", prior owner removed all cabover storage to increase bed size so I use a 52"x80"x4" air mattress. A queen, 60"x80", would be a tight fit and would have to be low profile due to cabover height and sloped nose. The XL full comes with the purchase. I'm 6'2" and 235 lbs and I'm comfortable on this air mattress. I had a 25"x80"x4" but upgraded to the 52"x80"x4" once I knew this type of mattress could support me.
Convertible Sofa 42"x68", I cut down the wood armrest to be flush with the cushion to add approximately 8" of length so I could stretch out comfortably.
Dinette is 40"x72"

4/2022 114K Miles – Long block 454 engine (Jasper Engines long block)
2/2023 115K Miles – Replaced generator carb, fuel pump and air filters
3/2023 115K Miles – Replaced rear brakes, seals and a brake piston
6/2023 116K Miles – Parasitic battery drain caused by miswired Aux Start system, removed it
